Aw, yeah….

Über productive day today.  Cleaned and reorganized the studio, yet still had time to paint for an hour or so.

Couldn’t have done it without husband, who spent his day off hangin’ with the kidlet, doing dishes, cooking and workin’ the laundry.  Not that he shouldn’t do those things, but the way our household works, whoever spends the most time at home has the most chores.  When we lived in California, I was gone 50+ hours a week, while he hovered around 30 hours, so he did the lion’s share of the housework.  Now that we are in Texas, he’s working 45 hours a week and I’m at home 99% of the time, so for him to pitch in like that is phenomenal.

Then again, he’s no dummy.  Happy wife means happy family.
